Return & Refund Policy

Most items from Kristyn Cruz Shop are made to order, and many are customized or personalized specifically for you.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized items are final sale once the design has been approved and production has begun. Because these items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or an approved design choice.

Please carefully review all names, spelling, dates, colors, sizing, and other details before giving final approval.

Design Fees
Design fees are nonrefundable once paid. Original custom design work begins after the applicable design fee has been received.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If Kristyn Cruz Shop makes an error with your order, or your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me as soon as possible. I want you to receive what you ordered, and I will work with you to make it right.

Please include your name, order information, a description of the issue, and photos when applicable.

Non-Custom Items
For items that are not customized or personalized, please contact Kristyn Cruz Shop before returning an item. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition to be eligible for an approved return.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once custom design work or production has begun, applicable design fees are nonrefundable, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
