Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kristyn Cruz Shop! Many of my items are made to order, and I appreciate your patience while I create something just for you.

Processing Time

Standard turnaround is approximately 5–7 business days after payment is received. For custom orders, the 5–7 business day turnaround begins after final design approval and full payment.

Turnaround times may occasionally be affected by product or material availability.

Rush service may be available for an additional fee depending on current workload and material availability. Rush turnaround must be confirmed before ordering.

Shipping

Kristyn Cruz Shop currently ships within the United States.

Standard shipping is a flat $8 per order.

Once your order has s hipped, delivery time is determined by the shipping carrier and is separate from the 5–7 business day production time. Carrier delays due to weather or other circumstances are outside the control of Kristyn Cruz Shop.

Tracking

When tracking is available, shipping and tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at no additional charge. Pickup details will be provided when your order is ready.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Kristyn Cruz Shop is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
